Terms of dispatch and payment
A. Shipping costs and informations:
Delivery of dry goods is possible within the European Economic Area (incl. Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), to Great Britain, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
The delivery of frozen goods is only possible within Germany.
Ⅰ. Shipping costs within Germany
For shipping within Germany we charge the following shipping costs:
1.) Orders with dry goods only:
· free shipping from a gross order value of 60.00€ or more and a total order weight of less than 31.5 kg.
6,00€ (incl. VAT) per order with a gross order value of less than 60,00€ or a total order weight of more than 31,5 kg
2.) Orders with frozen products
· For orders with frozen products we charge a flat rate shipping surcharge of 12,90€ (incl. VAT) per order.
· Frozen products are delivered in polystyrene boxes. To ensure quality, we place dry ice in the box with the products. After opening the box, please place the frozen product immediately in the freezer or refrigerator.
· If your order contains a frozen product, this will result in the following delivery charges:
・12.90€ (incl. VAT) from a gross order value of 60.00€ or more and a total order weight of less than 31.5 kg.
・18.90€ (incl. VAT) per order with a gross order value of less than 60.00€ or a total order weight of more than 31.5 kg
· Orders containing frozen products are dispatched on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Ⅱ. Shipping costs outside Germany
Outside Germany, we only offer delivery of dry products. Frozen products cannot be delivered.
The following shipping costs (flat rate per order, incl. VAT) will be charged::

· Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria = 11.90 €
· Denmark, Liechtenstein, Czech Republic = 13.50 €
· France, Great Britain, Monaco = 15.50 €
· Poland, Slovakia, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary = 18.00 €
2.) Area 2
· Sweden, Ireland, Portugal Spain = 23.02 €
· Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway = 27.69 €
· Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia = 33.87 €
· Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Iceland = 38.90 €
III. Customs information
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases, for which we are not responsible and which are to be caused by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Ⅳ. Delivery information
Delivery times
Unless there is no additional shipping conditions on the product detail page, the delivery time is as follows
· within Germany for dispatch of orders with dry goods only 2-5 days
· within Germany for dispatch of orders with frozen products only 2-7 days
· for dispatch to all other delivery countries 4-7 days
Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The shipping procedure begins only one day after the confirmation of the payment by bank or credit institute.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, the shipping starts only on the next working day.
V. Transport damage
We kindly ask you to complain about delivered goods with obvious transport damages to the deliverer and to inform us (ideally by e-mail with pictures). If you act as a consumer and do not comply with this, this will have no effect on your legal or contractual claims for defects.
B. Terms of payment
Ⅰ. Payment options
We offer the following payment options for deliveries, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
1. prepayment by bank transfer
2. PayPal
3. credit card
Ⅱ. Detailed information on the individual payment options
1. Prepayment by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within 7 days. Please put your invoice number or perchace number into the purpose of trasfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during the order process.
2. PayPal
Only a few steps to payment:
1. select "PayPal"
as payment method at the checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user
data and initiate the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can
create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods
"Credit card via PayPal" and "Direct debit via PayPal", the
creation of a PayPal account is not required.
4. after that you will be redirected back to us.
